  • Who are these retreats for?

    These nourishing mornings are designed for any woman looking for a wonderful space to rest and feel nurtured. It's a place to explore what you think, feel, do - to use it as a springboard into whatever you want to create for the future. A true retreat away from the every-day.

  • What's included in an on-line retreat?

    Self-compassion and self-awareness practices, designed to support you in disentangling from what does not serve you - and fully see what does. Mindfulness plays an important role in all our events, and we always close our retreats with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.

  • Do I have to speak?

    There's no pressure on you to do or say anything. This is your time, your space. And you can use it in whatever way works best for you. If you want to simply sit and listen, then that's ok. If you want to share your reflections, then that's ok too.

  • Will you send a recording of the retreat?

    These retreats are confidential spaces, where everyone can share openly. For that reason, they're not recorded.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    Depending on the event, and whenever possible, yes. Just let me know that's your preferred approach when you book. 

  • What if I can't make the event?

    Please just give at least two-weeks notice if you need to cancel your place, and I'll send a full refund. You are also very welcome to gift your space to someone you love, please just let us know the name of the person who will be joining us in your place. 

  • Do you also offer 1:1 support?

    Absolutely. This is core to my work and I would love to support you too if there are areas you'd like to focus on more deeply. Just book in for a virtual coffee, or we can have a chat after the retreat.
