Coaching FAQs & Agreement

Coaching with Henny Flynn - FAQs & our coaching agreement

By choosing to work together we are entering into an agreement with each other. These FAQs form the basis of that agreement. Please take a moment to read through them, and let me know if you have any questions.

This same agreement remains in place if you decide you'd like to continue with further individual sessions or another programme. We'll discuss the shape of that ongoing support at the time so it best supports you in your next steps.

As a client, you will also become part of my email community and benefit from a wide range of additional resources including free and paid-for online and in-person courses and events. You can (of course) unsubscribe at any time.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IN THE COACHING SESSIONS?

Before we begin the coaching, we'll agree the key areas you want to focus on, so you're ready to share your thoughts, talk things through - and take the actions you decide are right for you.

My role is to create a safe, confidential space, where you can speak freely. I'll listen deeply. And I'll bring all my experience and expertise to support and challenge you, to help you explore new ways of thinking - so you can identify clear steps forward.

  • WHERE DOES THE COACHING TAKE PLACE?

I work online - using Zoom (you'll get a meeting link each time you book a session) or we can work on Teams, Google Meet or WhatsApp.

    Wherever is easiest for you.

  • IS COACHING CONFIDENTIAL?

Confidentiality and trust are the foundation to a strong coaching relationship and it's essential we create a safe environment where you're able to share freely.

So, everything we discuss is confidential - with one very rare exception.

If I sense there is evidence of a critical risk to a client or to another person, my duty of care is to help attend to that risk, and not ignore it. For example, we may agree it's necessary include another professional service to provide additional support.

  • HOW MANY COACHING SESSIONS WILL I HAVE?

This will depend on the agreed approach and duration of the right programme to best meet your needs. If at the end of the programme you want to continue coaching, either as a further programme or on a check-in basis, we can discuss that at the time.

  • WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?

This will depend on the programme we agree feels like the right approach for you, with payment in full before the coaching sessions start, unless otherwise agreed.

  • CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

I will always try to help make this Work as accessible as possible. Whether that's splitting the payment over two or three instalments for Flow or Deepen, or paying monthly for the Immerse programme. Simply let me know and we'll work out the right approach for you.

  • CAN I JUST HAVE ONE SESSION?

For some people, one or two coaching calls may be enough, something to help you move forward when things feel stuck.

To get the right support for you, wherever you’re at, you can book sessions one by one.

    - Challenge, support & guidance just when you need it

    - Focus on what’s truly important for you at the time

    - Book the session length you want and just pay as you go

    250ph

  • CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?

The short answer is YES! Of course!  This has to feel right.

If you or I ever feel that coaching with me isn't the right step for YOU, we'll simply agree to stop. There's no need to give a reason, just reasonable notice, and you'll receive a full refund of any unused sessions.

  • HOW ABOUT EXECUTIVE COACHING?

Great organisations understand how powerful coaching can be.

It benefits you, your team, the organisation and your customers / shareholders. And it continues to provide benefits long after the coaching has completed.

Your role in the business will determine the structure of the coaching fees.

I'll support you with the needs of your in-house procurement process and provide the relevant information needed by your HR team.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR PROFESSIONAL COACHING CREDENTIALS?

I'm a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with a Degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching. I invest in my own continuous professional development and am professionally insured - our agreement to work together is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

My specialist areas include the significance of self-compassion in effecting deep and lasting change - whether that's with managing key life stages, such as menopause and career transitions or creating powerful inner changes in beliefs, behaviours and mindset.

In addition I am specially trained in Systemic and Constellation Coaching and ImageWork - two powerful tools for exploring (and understanding) the deeper influences on our Self.
