MAILING LIST

When you purchase a book or sign-up for any course, event or coaching programme, you will be automatically added to the mailing list so I can keep you updated on your purchase, tickets or programme. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time or choose the emails you wish to receive.

EVENTS

Every event has a minimum and a maximum number of spaces. I reserve the right to cancel the event if fewer than the minimum number of people have booked. I also reserve the right to decide who attends any event I run, for the safety and well-being of all participants. We can't be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, technical issues, transport problems, injuries or illness) that lead to you being unable to attend the scheduled retreat.

IN-PERSON EVENTS: Please let me know, at least one week before the retreat, of any special access, health concerns or dietary requirements you have, and we will always do our very best to accommodate those needs. All food and refreshments for in-person events are designed to be gluten, cow dairy and sugar free but may on occasion contain trace elements - please do let us know if you have a reaction to any specific allergens. Please also check you have any relevant travel insurance in place.

PAID-FOR EVENTS: All spaces need to be paid for in full before the event, with a non-refundable deposit where required. If you cancel your space within four-weeks of the event, I'll provide a full refund (minus any deposit) or you may be able to transfer your booking to another event. For cancellations after this deadline, unless otherwise agreed, I'll refund your payment if we're able to fill your place from a waiting list. If a retreat is cancelled you'll be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

COACHING

Please see the Coaching Contract, a series of FAQs that outline our coaching agreement. All coaching clients are asked to read these and confirm they understand and accept the terms before we begin coaching together.

ON-LINE COURSES

When you purchase or sign-up for a free on-line course, you will retain access to it, until such time as Henny Flynn ceases to trade or the course is no longer available for other extenuating reasons. You are able to download the content for any audio courses you have purchased to ensure you maintain access to the material and email courses will be sent straight to your inbox. Please note that if you unsubscribe fully from the mailing list, it may mean you lose access to future updates of any courses you purchase.

BOOKS

Millions of books are pulped every year (over 77 million by one count) so while we generally hold a small number of books in stock, we prefer only printing what's needed. That may mean a delay to your order if the book is out of stock. Orders go out within 7 days or when the new stock arrives. Delivery is currently to a UK address only - if you're based outside of the UK, please message me.

Including the names of your loved ones in the first print run of the book - last updated 03/04/23

• I’ll include as many names as I can - and will let you know if your loved one has been included (if we run out of space my current plan is to open up for new names in the next print run)
• I’ll do my best to make sure there aren’t any typos, but if there are we’ll just have to be ok with that (a lovely compassion practice!)
• If you’re in any doubt whether someone would like to be included, please check with them. We want this to be a thing of deep joy for everyone who’s listed - and for you who’s chosen to include them
• I’m including first name only (with the initial of the surname if that’s been sent to me)
• To keep things as easy and simple as possible, I’m also reserving the right to change the way this works depending on what makes most sense at the time (as we all know, things can change and it's generally good to make allowances for that)
• This is open to people who are part of my Henny Flynn mailing list and personally connected with me
• I'm not charging for this - it’s simply an offer to include someone you love, with love
• All suggestions for this print run must be with me by midnight Tuesday April 18th 2023
