By creating a foundation of profound self-compassion, I help my clients deepen their self-awareness in order to make and manage deep and lasting changes in their lives.
I offer nurturing programmes - either through 1-to-1 coaching, solo retreats at our specially created retreat space in North Herefordshire, and my small group courses.
As the creator of Flow Journaling, a beautiful practice to connect more deeply with your wisest, kindest inner voice, I combine my professional expertise and personal experience to help clients change their self-perception, beliefs and behaviours. All leading to a deeper sense of self-care that supports them through change and beyond.
