From before I can remember, words have been my most wonderful playmates - and they still feel that way today. Writing is my constant companion, offering a space to explore, reflect and connect with my deepest self.
I journal often, and the process is comforting, illuminating and challenging in equal measure - an ongoing conversation with my inner voice and her quiet wisdom.
The books I write come from that same process. Each one arrives in her own time, gestating in the ether until she suddenly asks to be born, landing fully formed on the pages. It’s a magical process that I adore, and my greatest hope is that something in these books resonates with you, too.

I know it will be something that will really help me work through so much from my past. Today I've written a letter to my future self. What an incredibly powerful and uplifting experience.
Isn’t it lovely, when you realise all the growth and healing is working and we can change our thought patterns.
Just wanted to share as it involved your lovely new book.
I keep a copy in my kitchen which is often dived into by me and by my two daughters. We thought my granddaughter should have her own copy as she begins to plan and map out her own independent life.
These words resonate with me. Beautiful, soft and lovely at a time of need.
Your book reflects so much that is happening in other women's lives too, so I just wanted to say a heartfelt 'Thankyou' for choosing to share them with us all.
I’ve absolutely loved working with this journal. Henny has the rare ability to present deep thinking in a very accessible way. The meditations that accompany it are beautiful too.
Millions of books are pulped every year, so I only print what’s needed. If you’re ordering in bulk or from outside the UK, just let me know!
"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. And in that space lies the power and freedom to choose our response. And in our response lies our growth and happiness."
