What happens on the weekend retreat*?
FRIDAY
Arrive from 5pm, with time to get settled before our welcoming session at 7. We'll then share a relaxing yoga nidra later in the evening, to ensure we all have a beautiful night's sleep.
SATURDAY
Wake refreshed to our first meditation and journaling.
During the day, we'll take a walk up through the woods to look out into Wales and across the Lugg Valley, with lunch and some voicework along the way :-)
Late afternoon, we'll gather for a Cacao Ceremony and some self-reflection. Then dinner, followed by an image work session before another restful sleep.
SUNDAY
Our second meditation starts the day, followed by journaling. Then time to wander up to the Riven Oak (a magical tree!) for a self-reflection practice and voicework with Abbie.
We'll then share a beautiful close to the weekend to send everyone on their way after a delicious lunch.
During the weekend, there will also be time for optional 121s with Henny and Abbie and plenty of time to rest, chat, walk, sleep, reflect.
*final details may change slightly!
What do I need to wear and bring?
In terms of what to wear, just be super comfortable, in clothes you can really relax in.
Every part of the weekend is optional so bring good boots for walking if you're joining us on the longer walk, something warm in case it gets chilly round the fire at night, and something waterproof in case the British summer does its own sweet thing.
Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, bolster and meditation blanket - we'll also have some here.
How do I get there?
Once you book, I'll send everything you need to know to plan your travel. If you're thinking of coming by train, the nearest stations are Ludlow, Leominster or Hereford - and if you'd like to share a taxi to the house, we can connect you with others doing the same.
Where do I stay?
Accommodation is limited! See below for options - or you are welcome to book an Airbnb locally, though you might need a car to get there and back each day.
What does it cost?
We're pricing this differently.
Everyone pays just £250 for the whole weekend - including all food, workshops and materials. You simply pay any extra for your accommodation. If you're coming with a friend, you're welcome to share one of the rooms or the van etc.

What do I need to do next?
There are very limited spaces, so please let me know as soon as you can if you're interested in joining us!
