THE RETREAT
This virtual retreat is part four of the ChangeFlow™ series; five individual retreat days, held across the year, that flow from one to the next as you move through your own process of change. 

Career, lifestyle, health, wellbeing, family, relationships - whatever changes you're experiencing or looking to make, these retreat days include focussed workshops that are designed to support you in that process.

Change can feel uncomfortable or even frightening - especially when it feels like it’s happening outside of our control. But there are also times when it can be exciting. And the disruption we experience can be a beautiful thing - even when how the change was initiated was out of our control. 

It’s a chance to look at how we can dynamically own the changes we want to undertake, push against the barriers we build around ourselves and grasp hold of the opportunities, so we’re in the driving seat. 

Whatever your personal version of beautiful disruption, the day is designed around you, to give you the time and space to work through what you want to focus on. And how to approach it.

It’s a joyful, energetic day that recognises the opportunities of change - without shying away from the challenges.

We'll create a beautiful space where we can connect virtually, joining together with others to share the benefits of retreat in a way that feels most accessible today.

During the day, we'll explore reflective exercises, have time for personal reflection, discussion, meditation and a wonderful yoga nidra to close the retreat.
