Balance one-day retreat 2020

BALANCE

How does being balanced feel to you?

What do you want to rebalance?

What stops you?

A half-day virtual retreat to explore what you'd like to rebalance in your life and how to do it, set within a boundary of self-care.

THE RETREAT
This retreat is the second part of the ChangeFlow™ series; five individual retreats, held across the year, that flow from one to the next as you move through your own process of change.

Career, lifestyle, health, wellbeing, family, relationships - whatever changes you're experiencing or looking to make, these retreats are focussed change workshops are designed to support you in that process.

You can choose this retreat either as part of the series or as a one-off session.

It may be you wear multiple hats, constantly juggling different roles? Or maybe your priorities have shifted and other things need to change? Or perhaps you love the focus you have on one area of your life, but it’s causing challenges in other ways?

Everyone’s story is unique. Everyone’s sense of what feels ‘balanced’ is different. Everyone has their own personal hopes and plans and goals. And everyone benefits at times from taking a look at where their balance lies.

You’ll explore what balance means to you, the varied roles you play, the ways we judge ‘success’ and how we can bring things back into balance.

It's a chance to rest in the moment - and give yourself a little time, a little self-care, a little breathing space, to reflect on the areas that need attention, and how best to move forward.

It's thought provoking, mindful, enjoyable and proactive.
