A half-day retreat to reflect and help maintain momentum after a period of change, set within a boundary of self-care.

THE RETREAT
This virtual retreat is the final part of the ChangeFlow™ series; five individual retreats, held across the year, that flow from one to the next as you move through your own process of change. 

Career, lifestyle, health, wellbeing, family, relationships - whatever changes you're experiencing or looking to make, these retreat days and focussed change workshops are designed to support you in that process.

Choose it as part of the series or as a one-off session. 

Maybe you want to cement your commitment to new lifestyle choices? Or make sense of family changes? Or understand the impact of a change in your career? Or manage a shift in a relationship?

Whatever your change story, during the day we take time to celebrate the steps you've already taken - and recognise that emerging from a time of change can bring its own challenges.

The world may look different with your fresh perspective, you may feel others perceive you differently - or, conversely, feel that others can't see the enormous strides you've made.

Keeping sight of what's behind the changes you're making / have made is an important facet of this stage too.

Coming together in this one-day retreat, we'll explore these ideas, and others, to establish strategies to maintain and continue your journey.

Join us from the comfort of your own home, with full guidance and materials provided, including delicious recipes and your own downloadable workbook.

We'll create a beautiful space where we can connect virtually, joining together with others to share the benefits of retreat in a way that feels most accessible today.

During the day, we'll explore reflective exercises, have time for personal reflection, discussion, meditation and a wonderful yoga nidra to close the retreat.
